Press & Speaking

Resilience isn't resisting. It's rebuilding.

Most resilience talks are about staying strong, not cracking and gritting it out.
That's not what got me through the hardest parts of my life, and it's not what I'd ask of the women I coach.

You're allowed to be affected. You don't have to know what you're going to do about it straight away.
The only job in the moment is to get through it - the rebuilding comes after.

I nearly died at age 17 from bacterial meningitis, and then again during the birth of my first child in 2023.
I spent years getting through it and fighting for accountability after that. I lost a pregnancy in between, ran a fitness events company as COO, and eventually left it to take a risk and build something that's really  important to me.

Along the way I have coached hundreds of women, learnt from my own experiences as well as theirs, and have begun to stand up and speak out on the topics that matter most to me. I've really learnt the cost of staying quiet, and the importance of standing up for yourself and others.

Resilience, honesty, standing up for what's right, trauma, motherhood, and strength training.

That's what I speak about.
