Postnatal Recovery

re.cover is your 4 week postnatal recovery guide.

This aim of this resource is to help you bridge the gap between doing “nothing” and “getting back”

The focus is on rebuilding confidence in your body and it’s ability, reintroducing movement, and providing some focus on key areas like Pelvic Floor, Core, Breath & connecting these through movement.

This is intended to support you when you feel like doing some movement but you’re not yet ready to get back into a full gym environment, and to put you in the best possible place to start more structured training when you are ready.
